Description:
St. Mary’s Convent School, Kasauli, celebrated Social Science Week with great enthusiasm from 8th April to 10th April. The event was organised by the Social Science Department and witnessed active participation from students of classes III to XII.
The theme for the week was "Exploring Identities", focusing on cultural awareness and diversity. A range of subject enrichment activities were conducted to engage students and deepen their understanding of the social sciences. These included creative projects, presentations, and role-playing tasks.
To encourage excellence, medals and certificates were awarded to the first two winners from each class. Adding a special touch to the celebrations, an activity was also organised for teachers, where they dressed up to represent various Indian states, bringing color and vibrancy to the event.
Our worthy Principal Sr.Tesvin SD appreciated the efforts of both students and teachers, and encouraged everyone to continue learning with curiosity and enthusiasm. Overall, the week proved to be an enriching and memorable experience for the entire school.
